A heartwarming initiative created by Ambitious Caregivers to bring joy and magic into the lives of our pediatric patients. We believe every child deserves a moment of enchantment, and we’re thrilled to offer a free trip to Disney World for one lucky participant annually. To be eligible, ensure your child is enrolled in and/or qualify for The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), as this incredible opportunity is exclusively crafted for those under our care. Meet Brady & His Family

The inception of the “Make-A-Wish to Disney” Program was deeply inspired by the Velasquez family, particularly by the heartwarming story of Brady Velasquez. Motivated by a mother’s love and her desire to create lasting memories for her children, this program was conceived with the aim of providing a once-in-a-lifetime experience for kids. Brady’s story serves as a powerful testament to the impact of fulfilling a child’s dream, especially at a place as magical as Disney. This initiative embodies the spirit of compassion, turning a family’s inspiring journey into an opportunity for other pediatric patients to experience the joy and wonder that only Disney can bring.

How to Qualify

Each pediatric patient who is enrolled in The Georgia Pediatric Program and receives care from Ambitious Caregivers will automatically be entered into a raffle. The winner will be randomly chosen and announced at our Annual Family Brunch at the end of each year.
